We have a chef who comes with different ideas with food from his salvadorian, American, and Italian lifestyle. He adds those three different “ingredients” to his food which makes the customers to ask for some more or to come the next day.

Mission:
Albaros Italian Restaurant open In 2015. It is run and owned by two brothers who grew up in the Italian-New York culture. The food is made differently from the causal Italian cooking style with American and Salvadorian cooking style mixed into the food.
Vision:
I see this business growing and expanding to different locations where family and friends and people around the world can come and experience a different style to the Italian food restaurant industry.
Values:
It’s values their family(customers) experience to come and taste a different Italian food flavor that makes them want to come back with also great service from the waitress, chefs and every worker in the restaurant.
